1. Who we are

Plumbingo ("we", "us", "our") is a trading name of Bath Fitters LTD, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 11196974, VAT No. 510 1453 50). We provide plumbing, heating and bathroom services across South London and operate the website at www.plumbingo.london. You can reach us at info@plumbingo.london.

2. Quotes & estimates

Quotes are free and are based on the information, photos and description you provide. Where possible we quote a fixed price. A quote is valid for 30 days. If the actual scope of work differs materially from what was described (for example, hidden pipework damage discovered on site), we will explain the difference and agree any revised price with you before continuing.

3. Booking & access

Appointments are agreed in advance. You agree to provide reasonable access to the property, along with water and electricity where needed for the work. Where parking permits or congestion charges are unavoidable, these may be added to the invoice at cost — we will tell you first.

4. Price & payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless agreed otherwise in writing. For larger projects (such as bathroom refurbishments) we may ask for a deposit and staged payments, set out clearly in the quote. Invoices are payable within 7 days.

5. Workmanship guarantee

Our labour is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Parts and appliances carry their manufacturer's warranty. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, later alterations by others, or pre-existing defects unrelated to our work.

6. Cancellations

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or rearrange an appointment. If you are a consumer and the contract was agreed remotely, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — unless you asked us to start urgent work sooner, in which case you may be charged for work already carried out.

7. Liability

We carry public liability insurance and take care in your home. We are not liable for pre-existing defects, or for conditions in concealed pipework and structures that could not reasonably be identified before starting work. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Complaints

If something isn't right, tell us at info@plumbingo.london. We aim to respond within 5 working days and to put genuine problems right promptly.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
